Appliance repair · Las Vegas Valley

About TrueFix Las Vegas
Diagnose first. Price second. Repair third.

We repair household and commercial appliances in the south and southwest Las Vegas Valley. This page explains how we approach a repair, what you can expect from a visit, and what we stand behind once the work is done.

Our approach to repair

Most appliance problems can be fixed, but only if the fault is identified correctly. Replacing parts by guesswork costs you money and often doesn't solve anything. Our work is built around getting the diagnosis right and being clear with you about the result.

Find the cause, not just the broken part

A failed part is often the result of something else: a clogged condenser, a kinked drain hose, a scaled valve or a dryer vent packed with lint. We look for what made the part fail so the repair lasts.

One price, agreed in advance

After the diagnosis you get a single figure for parts and labor. Nothing is repaired until you say yes, and if a second fault turns up along the way, we come back to you before doing anything about it.

Straight answers on repair or replace

Some appliances aren't worth fixing. If the repair doesn't make sense for the age or condition of the machine, we say so and leave the decision with you.

Respect for the space we work in

Floors protected when an appliance is pulled out, water and gas shut off before connections are opened, and the area cleaned up before we leave.

How a visit works

The same sequence for a home kitchen, a rental or a commercial line.

  1. You book

Use the online form or get in touch any time; the phone is answered 24/7 with no after-hours surcharge. Tell us the appliance, the brand if you know it, what it's doing, and anything about access such as a gate code, HOA rules or a tenant to coordinate with.

  2. We confirm a time

You get an arrival window based on the real schedule. Same-day visits happen often, but we only offer one when it's actually available.

  3. The technician diagnoses on site

The appliance is tested where it's installed: power and supply checked, error codes read, components measured. You'll hear what failed and why in plain language.

  4. You approve the price

One price for parts and labor. If you'd rather not go ahead, you're under no pressure to.

  5. The repair is made and tested

We install manufacturer-specified parts by default. If a part needs to be ordered, we tell you the expected wait before booking the return visit. Once the repair is complete, the appliance is run through a full cycle to confirm it works.

  6. The warranty starts

The repair we performed is covered by a 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty. If it fails in that time, contact us and we come back.

How we work

The standards every visit is held to, from the first conversation to the final test cycle.

Workmanship

Connections tightened and leak-checked, panels and fasteners refitted the way the manufacturer designed them, and the appliance run through a full cycle afterward. A repair that only works until we drive away isn't a repair.

Communication

You'll know the arrival window, what was found, what it costs and how long any part will take. If something changes, such as a backordered part or a second fault found during testing, we tell you before doing anything about it.

Safety

Electrical work starts with the appliance unplugged or the breaker off. Gas appliances are shut off at the valve and leak-checked before they're put back into use. Water lines are closed before any fitting is loosened.

Homes and businesses

The same approach applies whether it's a family's only refrigerator or a restaurant's ice machine. For commercial equipment, down equipment is prioritized and planned work is scheduled around service.
