We cover 15 ZIP codes in Enterprise, Spring Valley, Paradise and southern Henderson.
E15 means the leak protection float in the base pan has lifted because water got under the tub. The drain pump runs to stop more water from entering. The source can be a loose hose, a worn seal, a cracked part or oversudsing from regular dish soap. We remove the toe kick, find the leak and dry the base before resetting.
Probably not. On first runs, E24 is very often an installation issue: the knockout plug in the disposer inlet was never removed, or the drain hose is kinked behind the dishwasher or lacks a high loop. We check the drain path from the pump to the sink before treating it as a failed part.
Yes. Benchmark is Bosch's top series, and the products are fully built in. Service sometimes means removing a toe kick, grille or trim, or sliding a column partly forward. We plan access around the cabinetry and confirm every part against the model and production number before ordering.
Sometimes, but first we check the cooling fan under the glass and the ventilation in the cabinet below. Bosch induction electronics shut a zone down when they overheat, and a blocked cabinet space or a weak fan can cause that. Cookware that is warped or barely magnetic can also cause cutouts on FlexInduction zones.
Fast spin speeds make 24-inch washers sensitive to leveling and load balance. A stack that is slightly off level, a weak floor, or worn shocks and bearings all show up as violent vibration. On new installs, shipping bolts left in place cause it too. We check leveling, the stack kit and the suspension.
No. TrueFix Las Vegas is an independent repair company with no affiliation to Bosch. If your Bosch is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact Bosch first, because work by an independent shop may not be covered by that warranty. Once it is out of warranty, or if the warranty route does not work for you, we are glad to take a look.
Servicing Bosch in the Las Vegas Valley
Bosch appliances come from BSH, the home appliance arm of the German Robert Bosch group, which also owns Thermador. In the United States the name is best known for quiet dishwashers, and those are in a huge number of valley kitchens, from tract-home remodels to condos near UNLV. Counter-depth refrigerators, wall ovens, induction cooktops and compact stacked laundry follow behind.
Bosch appliance repair is shaped by how fitted these products are. Most are built in flush, run on tight tolerances and protect themselves with sensors that stop a cycle at the first sign of trouble. The 100 through 800 series and Benchmark share much of that logic, so the codes are consistent once you know them.
A built-in mindset behind every Bosch fault
A Bosch dishwasher has no exposed heating coil in the tub. Water is heated in-line by a pump with a built-in heater, and drying relies on condensation, with CrystalDry on 800 and Benchmark models. So a dishwasher that leaves dishes wet is diagnosed differently from older designs. Leak protection uses a float in the base: when water reaches it, the machine stops and shows E15.
Counter-depth refrigerators and Benchmark columns pull air through a narrow grille, and wall ovens depend on a cooling fan to protect their controls. Many Bosch faults are really airflow or installation problems, and we check those before parts.
Bosch equipment we diagnose and repair
Dishwashers make up most of our Bosch work: E24 and E25 drain errors, E15 leak shutdowns, scaled heaters and spray arms, and door latches. Refrigeration covers counter-depth French door and bottom-freezer models, freezer drawers and Benchmark columns with ice maker, fan and defrost faults.
Laundry means 24-inch front-load washers and ventless condensation or heat pump dryers, often stacked in a closet. In the kitchen we also service wall ovens, speed and steam ovens, FlexInduction and gas cooktops, slide-in ranges and stoves, and the 800 Series microwave drawer, which has its own drive and track faults.
What Bosch owners can safely try
For E24 or E25, turn the dishwasher off, remove the cylindrical filter at the bottom of the tub and rinse it, then check the drain hose under the sink. On a brand-new install connected to a garbage disposer, an un-removed knockout plug in the disposer inlet is a classic cause.
If a compact dryer leaves loads damp, clean the door lint filter and the condenser or heat exchanger filter according to the manual, and empty the water container if it is not plumbed to a drain. Ventless dryers are slower than vented ones by design, so a long cycle alone is not a fault.
Weighing a Bosch repair against replacement
Bosch dishwashers are worth repairing in most situations. Drain pumps, heater pumps, latches and boards are serviceable parts, and a fitted dishwasher matched to your cabinets is awkward to replace well. The same goes for Benchmark refrigeration and wall ovens, where cabinetry makes swapping costly.
Compact laundry is a closer call on older machines with bearing wear. We show you the quote and our honest read, and you choose.
