Who we serve

Homes, Rentals and Kitchens Across the Valley

Whoever owns, rents or manages the appliance, the visit works the same way: diagnosis first, an approved price, then the repair.

Homeowners

Kitchen, laundry and garage appliances in single-family homes, from 1980s and 1990s tract homes to newer stucco builds in the southwest master-planned communities.

Renters

A broken appliance in a rental still needs fixing quickly. If your lease puts repairs on the landlord, we can work with them to approve the job.

Landlords & Property Managers

Book for a single rental or several. We coordinate entry with tenants and send the diagnosis and price to the person who approves it.

HOAs & Condos

Gated communities, townhome HOAs and condo buildings. Share your gate, guard-list or elevator rules and we'll plan the visit around them.

Restaurants & Bars

Ice machines, walk-ins, reach-ins, dish machines and cooking lines. Down equipment is prioritized, and planned work fits around service.

Services

Appliances We Repair

Refrigerators, freezers, laundry, dishwashers, cooking equipment, ice makers and wine storage, in homes and in commercial kitchens.

Refrigerator Repair

A refrigerator pairs a sealed cooling system (compressor, condenser and evaporator) with fans, a defrost circuit and a control that keeps fresh food near 37°F and the freezer near 0°F. Failures usually show up as a warm compartment, frost where it should not be, water on the floor or an ice maker that quits. Here, refrigerators in hot garages work much harder through the summer, and hard tap water leaves scale on inlet valves, ice molds and dispenser parts.

On site 1–3 hours · 75 faults

Washer Repair

A clothes washer is a water appliance first: it fills, agitates or tumbles, drains and spins, and most failures happen in the parts that handle water and motion. Pumps, inlet valves, door locks, suspension and bearings wear out long before the cabinet does. In the Las Vegas Valley, hard tap water scales up inlet screens and valves, and laundry rooms in hot garages put extra strain on hoses, belts and control boards.

On site 1–2 hours · 77 faults

Dryer Repair

A clothes dryer is a simple machine on paper: a motor turns a drum, a blower pulls air through it, and a gas burner or electric element heats that air. Most failures come down to airflow, heat control or worn drive parts, and airflow problems are common in valley homes where the dryer sits in a hot garage or vents through a long duct run inside stucco walls. Lint that builds up in those runs slows drying, stresses the heat circuit and raises fire risk.

On site 1–2 hours · 75 faults

Dishwasher Repair

A dishwasher is a pump, a heater, a set of valves and a control board working inside a sealed tub, and most failures come down to water not getting in, getting hot, moving with enough force or getting back out. Valley tap water is hard, so mineral scale is a constant factor here: it narrows spray arm jets, coats heaters and inlet screens, and leaves the white film and cloudy glassware many local owners notice first.

On site 1–2 hours · 75 faults

Oven Repair

Wall ovens and the oven cavity of a range share the same basic parts: a heat source (bake and broil elements on electric models, a hot-surface igniter and gas valve on gas models), a temperature sensor and a control that switches everything on and off. Most failures trace to one of those parts wearing out, though door locks, hinges, fans and gaskets cause their share of trouble too. Ovens built into stucco homes with tight cabinetry can also run their electronics hot, which is hard on control boards over time.

On site 1–2 hours · 75 faults

Microwave Repair

Microwaves heat food with a magnetron powered by a high-voltage transformer, capacitor and diode, all switched on only when the door interlocks agree the door is shut. Most failures fall into a few groups: the high-voltage circuit stops producing heat, the door switches or latch fail, the cavity starts arcing, or the keypad and control board give out. Over-the-range models add a vent fan, lights and filters, and they take extra heat and grease from the cooktop below.

On site 1–2 hours · 60 faults

Freezer Repair

Stand-alone freezers come as chest models, which are usually manual defrost with cooling tubes in the walls, and uprights, which may be manual or frost-free with a fan and defrost system. Most problems show up as rising temperatures, heavy frost or a compressor that will not start. Plenty of local households keep a freezer in the garage, where summer heat can push it past the room temperature it was designed for.

On site 1–2 hours · 55 faults

Cooktop Repair

Cooktops come in three very different designs: gas burners with spark ignition, electric radiant or coil elements controlled by infinite switches, and induction zones driven by power electronics. Gas models usually fail at the igniter, spark module or burner ports, radiant tops at elements, switches and cracked glass, and induction tops at power boards, cooling fans and sensors. Glass tops in the valley also pick up hard-water rings from boil-overs, which look alarming but usually clean off.

On site 1–2 hours · 53 faults

Ice Maker Repair

Ice makers range from the module inside a refrigerator freezer to undercounter, nugget, portable and commercial cube machines, but they all depend on steady water flow, cold surfaces and a reliable harvest cycle. Most failures come from water valves, sensors, pumps and scale rather than the refrigeration system. Hard valley water leaves mineral deposits on valves and evaporators quickly, and machines in hot garages, outdoor kitchens and busy bars make noticeably less ice in summer.

On site 1–2 hours · 54 faults

Wine Cooler Repair

Wine coolers hold bottles at steady cellar or serving temperatures using either a small compressor system or a thermoelectric (Peltier) module. Thermoelectric units can only cool a limited amount below the surrounding air, so they struggle in hot rooms and garages during a Las Vegas summer, while compressor units mainly fail at relays, fans, sensors and controls. Built-in models also need clear front ventilation, and many problems start when that airflow is blocked.

On site 1–2 hours · 53 faults

Stove Repair

A stove, or freestanding range, puts a cooktop and an oven in one cabinet, which means one appliance can have gas burners, spark ignition, electric coils or a glass top, and an oven with its own heating system. Cooktop trouble usually involves burners, igniters, switches or surface elements, while the oven side shares the same kinds of faults as a wall oven. Many older homes in the valley still have original ranges with standing pilots or mechanical controls, while newer houses tend to have sealed-burner gas or smooth-top electric models.

On site 1–2 hours · 39 faults

Range Repair

A range combines a cooktop and an oven in one freestanding or slide-in unit, powered by gas, electricity, or both on dual-fuel models. Gas ranges most often fail at the igniters, spark system and burner parts, while electric ranges wear out elements, infinite switches and the terminals that feed them, and both types share oven sensors, door locks and electronic controls.

What Las Vegas Does to Appliances

Some faults we see here have local causes. Knowing them helps the technician find the right part the first time and tell you how to keep it from coming back.

Garage appliances in summer heat

Second refrigerators, chest freezers and laundry pairs often live in the garage here. Through the summer that space gets extremely hot, so compressors run almost nonstop and fans, relays and door gaskets take the strain. We check whether the location is part of the fault, not just the failed part.

Hard-water scale

Valley water is hard and leaves scale wherever it is heated or sprayed. It commonly shows up on dishwasher elements and spray arms, washer inlet screens, refrigerator water valves and ice-maker fill tubes, and it can make a working part look like a failed one.

Dust and dry air

Fine desert dust and summer storms pack condenser coils and dryer vents faster than most owners expect. A clogged coil or vent can mimic a dying compressor or heating element, so we clean and check airflow before recommending parts.

Gates, HOAs and condo buildings

Guard gates, call boxes, HOA rules and condo complexes with visitor parking rules are part of working here. Tell us how access works when you book and the technician arrives prepared for it.

Still have questions?

We cover 15 ZIP codes in Enterprise, Spring Valley, Paradise and southern Henderson.

The technician diagnoses the appliance at your home or business first. You then get one price that covers parts and labor together, and nothing is repaired until you approve it. We do not quote repairs over the phone, because the same symptom can come from very different parts.

Often, yes, but it depends on the day's schedule and where you are in the valley, so we can't promise it. The phone is answered around the clock with no after-hours surcharge, and we'll give you the earliest real opening when you book.

15 ZIP codes in the south and southwest valley: Enterprise and the southwest (including Sloan), Spring Valley (89117 and 89148), Paradise near UNLV (89119) and southern Henderson (89044 and 89052). Enter your ZIP code below to check before you book.

Often it is, but the garage is usually part of the story. Many household refrigerators and freezers aren't built for a garage that stays well over 100°F for weeks, so the compressor and condenser fan barely rest and start components wear out early. We'll repair it where it stands and tell you plainly whether the location is likely to cause the same failure again.

It can. Valley tap water is hard and leaves mineral scale behind. Over time that scale can coat dishwasher heating elements, narrow spray-arm holes, clog washer inlet screens and slow the fill valve on an ice maker. When scale is behind a fault, we'll show you where it built up and how to slow it down.

Yes. Give us the gate instructions, guard-house name list or building rules when you book. For condo and apartment buildings, let us know about visitor parking, an office check-in or an elevator reservation, and we'll schedule the visit inside that window.

Yes. The owner or property manager can book and approve the work while we arrange entry with the tenant. The diagnosis and price go to whoever is authorizing the repair.

Every repair comes with a 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty covering the work we performed. If the repair we made fails within that time, contact us and we'll come back to make it right.

By default we install manufacturer-specified parts for your model, so the replacement matches what the appliance was designed to run with. If a part is backordered, we'll explain the wait and the options before ordering anything.

Yes. We work on ice machines, walk-in and reach-in refrigeration, commercial dish machines and cooking equipment. Equipment that has a business stopped goes to the front of the schedule, and routine work can be booked around prep and service.
