Equipment We Repair
Ice machines
Hard valley water scales evaporator plates, water distribution tubes and float or probe sensors, which slows harvest and leads to thin or cloudy ice. Hot kitchens and back bars also push air-cooled condensers hard. We diagnose the cause, then descale, sanitize or replace parts as needed.
Walk-ins
Door gaskets and heater wires, evaporator fans, defrost timers and controls, and condensing units on roofs that sit in direct summer sun. When a walk-in is losing temperature, tell us what product is at risk so we can schedule accordingly.
Reach-ins and prep tables
Kitchen grease and dust pack these condensers quickly, and a dirty coil is a frequent reason a unit runs warm. We clean and check airflow before calling for a compressor or control.
Dish machines and cooking equipment
Scaled wash and rinse heaters, failed pumps and fill problems on dish machines. Igniters, thermostats, safety valves and controls on gas ranges, ovens and fryers. Gas is shut off at the valve during work and leak-checked before the equipment goes back into use.
How We Handle Commercial Calls
Down equipment first
A failed walk-in or ice machine moves ahead of routine bookings. We give you an honest arrival estimate, not a promised response time.
Scheduled around service
Planned repairs and maintenance can be booked before prep, between lunch and dinner, or after close.
Price before work
The fault is diagnosed on site and you approve one price for parts and labor before the repair.
Written visit notes
A summary of what was found and what was done, for your maintenance or inspection records.
Commercial repairs carry the same 90-day parts and 30-day labor warranty as residential work. See where we work.
Appliance Types We Service
Refrigerator Repair
A refrigerator pairs a sealed cooling system (compressor, condenser and evaporator) with fans, a defrost circuit and a control that keeps fresh food near 37°F and the freezer near 0°F. Failures usually show up as a warm compartment, frost where it should not be, water on the floor or an ice maker that quits. Here, refrigerators in hot garages work much harder through the summer, and hard tap water leaves scale on inlet valves, ice molds and dispenser parts.
Washer Repair
A clothes washer is a water appliance first: it fills, agitates or tumbles, drains and spins, and most failures happen in the parts that handle water and motion. Pumps, inlet valves, door locks, suspension and bearings wear out long before the cabinet does. In the Las Vegas Valley, hard tap water scales up inlet screens and valves, and laundry rooms in hot garages put extra strain on hoses, belts and control boards.
Dryer Repair
A clothes dryer is a simple machine on paper: a motor turns a drum, a blower pulls air through it, and a gas burner or electric element heats that air. Most failures come down to airflow, heat control or worn drive parts, and airflow problems are common in valley homes where the dryer sits in a hot garage or vents through a long duct run inside stucco walls. Lint that builds up in those runs slows drying, stresses the heat circuit and raises fire risk.
Dishwasher Repair
A dishwasher is a pump, a heater, a set of valves and a control board working inside a sealed tub, and most failures come down to water not getting in, getting hot, moving with enough force or getting back out. Valley tap water is hard, so mineral scale is a constant factor here: it narrows spray arm jets, coats heaters and inlet screens, and leaves the white film and cloudy glassware many local owners notice first.
Oven Repair
Wall ovens and the oven cavity of a range share the same basic parts: a heat source (bake and broil elements on electric models, a hot-surface igniter and gas valve on gas models), a temperature sensor and a control that switches everything on and off. Most failures trace to one of those parts wearing out, though door locks, hinges, fans and gaskets cause their share of trouble too. Ovens built into stucco homes with tight cabinetry can also run their electronics hot, which is hard on control boards over time.
Microwave Repair
Microwaves heat food with a magnetron powered by a high-voltage transformer, capacitor and diode, all switched on only when the door interlocks agree the door is shut. Most failures fall into a few groups: the high-voltage circuit stops producing heat, the door switches or latch fail, the cavity starts arcing, or the keypad and control board give out. Over-the-range models add a vent fan, lights and filters, and they take extra heat and grease from the cooktop below.
Freezer Repair
Stand-alone freezers come as chest models, which are usually manual defrost with cooling tubes in the walls, and uprights, which may be manual or frost-free with a fan and defrost system. Most problems show up as rising temperatures, heavy frost or a compressor that will not start. Plenty of local households keep a freezer in the garage, where summer heat can push it past the room temperature it was designed for.
Cooktop Repair
Cooktops come in three very different designs: gas burners with spark ignition, electric radiant or coil elements controlled by infinite switches, and induction zones driven by power electronics. Gas models usually fail at the igniter, spark module or burner ports, radiant tops at elements, switches and cracked glass, and induction tops at power boards, cooling fans and sensors. Glass tops in the valley also pick up hard-water rings from boil-overs, which look alarming but usually clean off.
Ice Maker Repair
Ice makers range from the module inside a refrigerator freezer to undercounter, nugget, portable and commercial cube machines, but they all depend on steady water flow, cold surfaces and a reliable harvest cycle. Most failures come from water valves, sensors, pumps and scale rather than the refrigeration system. Hard valley water leaves mineral deposits on valves and evaporators quickly, and machines in hot garages, outdoor kitchens and busy bars make noticeably less ice in summer.
Wine Cooler Repair
Wine coolers hold bottles at steady cellar or serving temperatures using either a small compressor system or a thermoelectric (Peltier) module. Thermoelectric units can only cool a limited amount below the surrounding air, so they struggle in hot rooms and garages during a Las Vegas summer, while compressor units mainly fail at relays, fans, sensors and controls. Built-in models also need clear front ventilation, and many problems start when that airflow is blocked.
Stove Repair
A stove, or freestanding range, puts a cooktop and an oven in one cabinet, which means one appliance can have gas burners, spark ignition, electric coils or a glass top, and an oven with its own heating system. Cooktop trouble usually involves burners, igniters, switches or surface elements, while the oven side shares the same kinds of faults as a wall oven. Many older homes in the valley still have original ranges with standing pilots or mechanical controls, while newer houses tend to have sealed-burner gas or smooth-top electric models.
Range Repair
A range combines a cooktop and an oven in one freestanding or slide-in unit, powered by gas, electricity, or both on dual-fuel models. Gas ranges most often fail at the igniters, spark system and burner parts, while electric ranges wear out elements, infinite switches and the terminals that feed them, and both types share oven sensors, door locks and electronic controls.
Commercial Appliance Repair FAQ

Still have questions?
We cover 15 ZIP codes in Enterprise, Spring Valley, Paradise and southern Henderson.
Equipment that is stopping a business from operating goes ahead of routine household bookings. When you call, tell us what is down and what is at risk, such as product in a walk-in or an ice bin running low before service, and we will give you a realistic arrival time.
Yes, when the fault allows it. Plenty of kitchens prefer a visit before prep or between lunch and dinner. If the equipment is down completely, we come as soon as we can and work around the line.
We can set up recurring visits for condenser cleaning, ice machine descaling and sanitizing, gasket checks and a general inspection. Dust and kitchen grease build up quickly on condenser coils, and a clean condenser is the cheapest way to prevent most refrigeration calls.
Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman, Ice-O-Matic, True, Turbo Air, Atosa, Hobart, Vulcan and Perlick are among the commercial brands we work on. If yours is not listed, ask, since many commercial units share common components.
Yes. After every commercial visit you can have a written summary of what was found and what was done, which you can keep with your maintenance or health-inspection records.
Same-day visits are often possible when you reach us early in the day, but it depends on how the day's schedule already looks. Whoever answers will tell you the earliest window we can actually keep, rather than promising one and calling later to move it. Calls that come in overnight are usually booked for the next morning.
The technician diagnoses the appliance first. Once the failed part is identified, you get one price that covers the part and the labor to fit it, and nothing is taken apart for the repair until you approve that price.
Yes. The phone is answered around the clock, every day of the week, and the rate does not go up at night or on weekends. What changes after hours is how quickly a technician can get there, not the price. If water is on the floor, you smell gas, or a freezer full of food is warming up, tell us so we can be straight with you about the soonest option.
