Accessibility Statement

Our Goal

Anyone with a broken appliance should be able to find information and request a repair on this site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control. TrueFix Las Vegas works toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our reference standard.

What We Do

• Structure pages with real headings, lists and landmarks so assistive technology can navigate them
• Label every form field in the booking form
• Make menus, buttons and forms usable with a keyboard alone
• Choose text and button colors with readable contrast
• Provide text alternatives for images that carry meaning
• Keep layouts usable on phones and when text is enlarged

Known Limitations

We review the site as it changes, but some pages or embedded third-party tools may not yet meet the standard. If you hit one of them, tell us and we will fix it where we can, or help you another way in the meantime.
