We do not sell personal information. Here is how the Nevada opt-out works anyway.
Our Practice
TrueFix Las Vegas does not sell personal information, and we do not share it with other businesses for their own marketing. What you give us is used to schedule and complete the repair you asked for, and for the related purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Nevada Residents
Nevada's online privacy law (NRS Chapter 603A) lets consumers tell the operator of a website not to sell covered information collected about them. You may send us that request at any time using the contact options below. Since we do not sell covered information, there is nothing for us to stop, but we will record your request and honor it if our practices ever change.
Residents of Other States
Depending on where you live, you may have a similar right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, along with other privacy rights. Those are summarized on Your Privacy Rights. If we ever begin selling or sharing personal information, we will update this page first and offer a straightforward way to opt out.
Send an Opt-Out Request
Include your name and the phone number or email you used with us, and state that you are making a “do not sell” request. We may need to confirm your identity before we respond.
