Rights You May Have
Privacy laws differ from state to state. Depending on where you live, you may be able to ask TrueFix Las Vegas to:
- Explain the categories of personal information we collect and why
- Provide a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct details that are inaccurate
- Delete your information, except where we must keep it (for example, warranty or tax records)
- Not sell or share your information (we already do not sell it)
You will not be treated differently or charged more for using any of these rights.
Nevada Residents
Nevada law gives consumers the right to direct website operators not to sell certain covered information. How to make that request is explained on our Do Not Sell page.
Making a Request
Tell us which right you want to use and how we can reach you. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm details from your service visit before we act. You may also use an authorized agent where your state's law allows. We will reply within the time required by the law that applies to you.
